Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) announces that the board of directors, meeting today under the chairmanship of Franco Bassanini, has called an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting for 10 December and 12 December, respectively in first and second call, to decide about the change of the articles of association regarding the conversion of preferred shares into ordinary shares.
