Rome, 5 May 2022 – The acquisition of the 88.06% shareholding of Autostrade per l'Italia held by Atlantia was completed today by Holding Reti Autostradali S.p.A. (HRA), an investment vehicle incorporated in Italy and owned by CDP Equity (51%), Blackstone Infrastructure Partners (24.5%) and funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management (24.5%).
