Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that Antonio Decaro and Davide Carlo Caparini have been named to the CDP Board of Directors for decisions regarding "separate account” management, respectively representing Italian Municipalities and Regions.
The appointment, which took place on 11 May 2018 with a decree by the Italian Minister of Economy and Finance, follows the recent resignations of Piero Fassino and Massimo Garavaglia.
The terms of office of the two new directors will expire at the same time as the members of the CDP Board of Directors who will be appointed for the 2018-2020 three-year period.
