The second edition of the programme consolidating the expertise required to accompany businesses in the challenges of the ecological transition extended to CDP’s investee companies
With the aim of developing all-round expertise and creating a common language for sustainability, the “Sustainability Transition Management and ESG Analysis” training programme, promoted by the CDP Group in partnership with the Bologna Business School (BBS) has been launched.
After the success of the first edition, this year’s programme has been extended to CDP’s major investee companies, which account for nearly 80% of the 37 professionals taking part (the average age of the participants is 34 years): besides Simest, CDP Equity, CDP Real Asset, Fintecna, CDP Venture Capital and the Italian Investment Fund, the programme will involve Ansaldo Energia, Autostrade per l'Italia, Euronext, Fincantieri, Italgas, Open Fiber, Poste Italiane, Polo Strategico Nazionale, Renovit, Snam, Terna and Valvitalia.
The partner in the initiative is BBS, Bologna University’s international business school, that has made a name for itself in sustainability training and research, also thanks to its work with faculties including Harvard Business School and Johns Hopkins SAIS.
In the eleven-day programme, lessons will take place at the head offices of the various companies involved, with the participation of internationally renowned academics and professionals. Activities will include face-to-face lessons, team work, practical sessions, case study analyses and distance learning sessions, all aimed at sharing best practices and developing ideas.
