Rome, 29 April 2021 – Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces the following amendments to its financial calendar for 2021, with the dates in which corporate bodies will be convened to approve the financial reports:
Thursday 20 May 2021 (first call) / Thursday 27 May 2021 (second call) Annual general shareholders’ meeting for the approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2020 (instead of 13 and 20 May 2021, as previously announced).
Friday 30 July 2021 Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the half-yearly financial report at 30 June 2021 (instead of 3 August 2021, as previously announced).
