CDP has confirmed its commitment to local authorities by launching the new renegotiation plan for MEF loans under the provisions of the 2019 Budget Law.
These are loans granted to municipalities, provinces and metropolitan cities by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, which were subsequently transferred to the Ministry of the Economy and Finance: the entities will be able to participate in the renegotiation by accessing the CDP portal, in order to benefit from a reduction in the fixed interest rate and the related loan instalments.
The product sheet contains all the documents and information needed to proceed with the request for renegotiation during the period between 25 September and 23 October.
The new initiative will allow institutions to free up resources to initiate actions to promote local growth: Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in this way renews its closeness to local communities, our fundamental partners in working together to build the Italy of tomorrow.
