Rome, 11 September 2013 - Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that the Board of Directors, meeting today under the chairmanship of Franco Bassanini, has approved the proposed modification of the Articles of Association to incorporate the provisions introduced by Decree Law no. 102 of 31 August 2013, concerning financing for the residential building sector through the banking system. The proposed modification will be submitted to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called for 28 October 2013 for approval.
