CDP is participating in the fourth edition of the initiative with the webinar "Sono solo parole? (Are They Just Words?)" scheduled for 26 October from 2 to 3 p.m.


Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) is once again supporting 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, the TIM-sponsored initiative to promote dialogue between companies, associations and institutions on the issues of diversity, gender equality and inclusion.

The packed programme runs until 14 November and features events that explore projects, reflect on experiences and testimonies, and take stock of relevant policies and business case studies to analyse what committing to promoting inclusion really means in practice.

The tagline of this year’s initiative, the fourth edition, is “Anatomy of Inclusion”, emphasising how we must go beyond universal definitions, build networks and embrace differences.

As a partner of 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, CDP is participating in the programme of events with a webinar entitled "Sono solo parole?", on the topic of inclusive language, scheduled for 26 October from 2 to 3 p.m..

A panel featuring a range of voices will be moderated by Alexa Pantanella, the founder of Diversity & Inclusion Speaking. It will reflect on the centrality of language in building a shared corporate culture focused on diversity and inclusion. Taking part are: Paola Mele, Head of Selection, Inclusion and Employer Branding and DE&I Manager at CDP, Cristina Pozzi, CEO and Co-Founder of Edulia and Irene Sacchetto, Head of HR Management for Non-Regulated Business and Diversity & Inclusion at Italgas Group.
