Fintecna

In keeping with the provisions of the CDP 2022-24 Strategic Plan, the Group’s real estate division was reorganised during 2023 with the creation of two centres of competence: CDP Real Asset SGR, for asset and fund management activities, and Fintecna S.p.a., for the provision of real estate services and the management of sales processes.


The assets managed by Fintecna have heterogeneous characteristics and refer to both owned and non-owned portfolios. The Company provides real estate services that include Project & Construction Management, Property Management, and services related to Divestment activities.
