CDP is active on financial markets through a medium-to-long-term bond issuance programme (Debt Issuance Programme) and a short-term Commercial Paper Programme, reserved to institutional investors. Since 2023 CDP is also active on the US market with a Yankee Bond issuance. Furthermore, CDP offers bond issuances for retail investors resident in Italy.
In 2015 CDP launched the new “Debt Issuance Programme” (DIP). The DIP allows CDP to raise funds on the capital market through the issue of different type of bonds in terms of structures, maturities and currencies.
The DIP has a maximum aggregate nominal amount up to 15 billion Euros and is listed on Euronext Dublin.

The EMTN Programme allows CDP to raise funds on the capital market through the issue of different type of bonds in terms of structures, maturities and currencies.
The EMTN Programme has a maximum aggregate nominal amount up to 13 billion Euros and is listed on Luxemburg Stock Exchange.
