CDP Real Asset SGR

Through the Fondo Sviluppo, we maximise the value of real estate assets mainly owned by the CDP Group or by funds managed by CDP Real Asset SGR through urban transformation and redevelopment operations, with the aim of generating income.

Type: established in October 2022 and active from the following December, the Fondo Sviluppo is a closed-end multi-fund real estate investment trust reserved for professional investors. It consists of two sub-funds, A and B (the latter not yet active)

Duration: 30 years from the date of commencement of operations, plus any extension not exceeding five years.

Governance of the Fund: Unitholders’ Meeting, the representative body of the fund's unitholders; Advisory Committee, a body set up by the Board of Directors of CDP Real Asset SGR to give its opinion on certain matters specified in the regulations.
