Type: FNAS is a closed-end real estate investment trust reserved for qualified investors. It is a 'fund of funds' dedicated to real estate investments throughout the country to support housing and community services in the following sectors: (i) 'sustainable living' initiatives aimed at ensuring continuity of housing, including temporary housing, throughout the lifecycle of individuals; (ii) urban regeneration and redevelopment; (iii) spaces to support research, technology transfer, innovation, education and cultural dissemination in support of the development and welfare of the quality of life and social cohesion.

Amount and Investors: the investment target is €1 billion, including through EU investors. CDP Spa has already invested €350 million.

Duration: 35 years (from the date of commencement of operations on 21 February 2017), expiring on 31 December following the thirty-fifth year. A possible extension of five years is envisaged.

Governance of the Fund: Unitholders’ Meeting, the representative body of the fund's unitholders; Advisory Committee, a body set up by the Board of Directors of CDP Real Asset SGR to give its opinion on certain matters specified in the regulations.
