Fintecna

Fintecna’s mission focuses on activities for the liquidation of companies - including public companies - and properties, the provision of real estate services and support to the Public Administration in the tasks it is called upon to perform.


Lines of intervention:

  • Management of liquidation procedures, with extensive experience acquired over the years
  • Support to the PA and to commissioners in emergency situations
  • Support to public entities in defining the rationalisation strategies for “non-instrumental” equity investments
  • Provision of real estate services within the CDP Group
