We have complexes in our portfolio that have served different functions in the past, such as barracks, hospitals and factories. These are often buildings of particular historical and architectural value that are in urgent need of structural work.
We work in a logic of reuse, for the redevelopment and modernisation of cities, with the aim of returning to the country assets and spaces that have long been disused and which, at the end of our intervention, will be able to accommodate new uses, both private and of public interest, as well as green areas and spaces at the service of citizens.
We maximise the value of real estate in the portfolio with a significant impact on the economies of the territories for subsequent sale or income generation.
We maximise the value of real estate assets mainly owned by the CDP Group or by funds managed by CDP Real Asset SGR through urban transformation and redevelopment operations, with the aim of generating income.
