How this works

CDP promotes energy efficiency projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and emissions, increasing sustainability and modernising real estate assets.
In partnership with an industrial operator of the CDP group we support you in obtaining the following services:

• Energy Audits
• Consultancy and technical assistance in the definition of the interventions to be carried out
• Preparation of proposals for Public Private Partnerships
• Performance of the works and maintenance after award of the tender

What CDP can do

• Create synergies between investors in energy efficiency projects and the various private partners, including subsidiaries of the CDP Group
• Support the industrial development of the project
• Promote access to market best practices
• Provide financial support to the project
