CDP, Crédit Agricole Italia and SACE Back Andriani Group with €55 Million Financing

The transaction will support the Apulia-based group's 2026–2028 Investment Plan, strengthening the growth of a leader in innovation and healthy food.

Technological innovation, sustainability and international expansion are the objectives of the €55 million syndicated financing through which Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), Crédit Agricole Italia and SACE are supporting Andriani S.p.A., the Puglia-based Benefit Corporation1 and B Corp2 active in the production and marketing of naturally gluten-free pasta, bakery products and pet food.

The transaction follows an initial financing provided by the same partners in 2023 and will make new resources available to support the Group's 2026–2028 Investment Plan. It will enable the company to enter new market segments, accelerate its digital transformation, expand its production capacity and strengthen its internationalisation projects.

Under the financing arrangement, Crédit Agricole Italia is acting as Agent Bank, while CDP is participating as co-lender. The transaction also benefits from a guarantee issued by SACE.

The initiative reaffirms CDP's commitment to supporting the growth and investment plans of Italian companies that view innovation and sustainability as strategic drivers of their development. By supporting Andriani which has adopted the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda CDP is promoting growth that generates economic, social and environmental value for Italy. The financing falls within the scope of the high-impact transactions3 introduced under CDP's 2025–2027 Strategic Plan.

Founded in 2009 in Gravina in Puglia, Andriani S.p.A. is now present in more than 50 countries, generates approximately €130 million in annual revenue and collaborates with more than 180 international brands through B2B activities, private-label production and its own brands. The company's growth is underpinned by continuous research and development carried out in partnership with universities, research centres, start-ups and international industrial partners.
