Our role

Advisory

With our Advisory service we support Public Administrations throughout the entire life cycle of projects, from planning to implementation, accelerating execution and enabling the completion of initiatives with high economic and social impact.

Thanks to a widespread network across the country, a strong working relationship with Central Administrations and specialised expertise, we play a support role in the planning, design and implementation of strategic programmes and projects financed by national and European funds – such as NRRP, EU Funds and the Cohesion Fund – also through the promotion and development of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models.

We provide specialised economic, financial and technical advisory services for the execution of programmes and projects of strategic relevance at national and local levels.

Specifically:

We provide strategic support, technical assistance and programme management to ensure the effective and timely implementation of public investments, as envisaged by Italian Decree-Law no. 77 of 31 May 2021 concerning NRRP, NCP, ESI Funds and FSC.
As Advisory Partner of the European Commission for the InvestEU programme, we offer project advisory services for the planning and implementation of projects in the social, environmental, digital and innovation sectors.
