Sustainability governance

For the Group, sustainability means, first and foremost, an ethical and cultural approach throughout the entire organisation, that lays the foundations for a sustainable business, creating financial, environmental and social value for all its stakeholders and strengthening the relationship of trust with territories and communitieson a daily basis.

The Parent Company's management and control model is focused on the principles of integrity and transparency and ensures that sustainability is fully integrated into the priorities for the whole company.

Our sustainability reports

In line with international best practice, we report our social and environmental impacts with the aim of providing reliable, complete, balanced, accurate, understandable and comparable information.

The collected data also includes the economic, social and environmental performance of the companies’ subject to management and coordination by the CDP Group.

The 2021 Integrated Report is prepared in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 254/2016 and also includes the Non-Financial Statement.

In order to provide the most accurate description of the Group’s non-financial performance, the Report has been prepared in accordance with the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the guidelines of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), the standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

All the Reports of the CDP Group are externally audited. For 2021, Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. was identified as auditor.
